The Program -

The Prolong device is very easy to use and can achieve great, long lasting results fast!

The training program has been designed to be followed up to 3 times a week every week for 6 weeks as this is what our scientific research showed to be the optimal period for the best result.

Step 1 - Apply a small amount of the supplied water-based lubricant generously to the under surface of the head of the penis.

Step 2- With the device switched on, put it in the palm of your hand, hook your thumb around the back of the base of your glans.

Step 3 - Stimulate the neck of the penis by gently massaging the area whilst applying gentle pressure (This is the 'start' component of the Start-Stop technique).

Step 4 - When you feel you are about the reach climax, DON'T!! :) Remove the the device from your penis (This is the stop part).

Step 5 - Repeat this three times and on the third go.. Let yourself go!
