How will my Prolong Device order get to me?

If you’re inside Continental USA, your order will be sent from our hub in Utah, either with standard shipping or express shipping (Dependant on your selection at checkout). Once you place your order, it can take between 2-5 business days to arrive.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, or any other US territory, your Prolong will arrive via USPS Priority Mail.

If you're in the EU, your order will be sent from our Sweden hub. Express shipping and standard shipping are both available for all of the countries listed below and will usually be dispatched using DHL or UPS to utilise their vast network and delivery times. 

 

If you're in the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD. Express shipping and standard shipping are both available.

Help, my Prolong Device order hasn't arrived! What do I do?

If you’ve waited over 10 business days and your order still hasn’t arrived, shoot us an email at customersupport@prolongdevice.com.

Do you deliver Prolong products internationally?

Prolong are now proud to say that we have gained regulatory approval to sell to the following countries within Europe - If your country isn't listed below, we are still working hard on approvals but medical device regulations mean each country has their own specific rules and document process which can take months to get approved. 

European countries the Prolong Device is now available to purchase in:

Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.

In addition to the above, we now have a distribution centre in Europe so orders placed in Europe will be shipped inside Europe to enable us to maintain our swift and discreet shipping options. 

Prolong™ is also now available in the UK now that we have been approved by the MHRA to do so.

What is your return policy?

If the device is unopened and unused and we will accept returns within 30 days, for a full refund minus shipping. If the device is faulty, please contact us and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
